Job Description & Summary

SF Tech Architect:
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Provides technical consultation on various aspects of the product and solutions based on the
customer’s business requirements.
2. Responsible for designing/architecting the overall solution and development part with the help of
development for large-scale customers;
3. Validates solution components and provide solution walkthrough with customer; Identify technical
issues / risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve
4. Guide and support team across multiple client engagements by providing technical thought leadership
and guide team on standard methodologies for design & development.
5. Drive innovation within the practice/team by creating/identifying reusable components, tools,
accelerators & as well work on increasing adoptions of these accelerators during delivery
Skills
1. Have proven capability in architecting solutions independently and design software on
the force.com platform with hands-on participation in building the solution for large implementation.
2. Good technical foundation including; Advanced structured programming - APEX, Force.com
understanding of RDMS concepts and structures, knowledge of SQL, structured system analysis and
design methods, etc.
3. Must possess Developer, Administrator, Sales, Service Cloud certifications.
4. Deep and extensive knowledge, experience of force.com technical platform including apex, triggers,
batch Apex, LWC, Aura etc
5. Experience with SOAP, and REST API Integration
6. Experience with the Lightning Framework on force.com & JavaScript frameworks, design patterns.
7. Should be well versed with the inside architecture of salesforce.
Qualifications
1. 8+ years’ CRM experience with 4+ years as platform/enterprise architect
2. Must have experience in leading large Salesforce programs end to end
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
