Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 4 to 7 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization SFDC Data Veeva Core SFDC Lightning and SFDC Configuration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales and Marketing or Research and Development. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive technical excellence and innovation in our projects.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of SFDC solutions to meet business requirements.Prepare Low Level Design for the user storiesCo-ordinate with Technical ArchitectOversee the customization and configuration of SFDC applications to ensure optimal performance.Mentor the development team in the solution design and execute development as per defined standards and best practicesProvide technical expertise in SFDC Data management and integration.Implement and manage Veeva Core solutions to support business processes.Develop and maintain SFDC Lightning components to enhance user experience.Ensure SFDC Configuration aligns with best practices and organizational standards.Map the requirements with SFDC and highlight alternative approach / design suggestion / technical challengesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system functionality and efficiency.Mentor and guide junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.Guide the Development Team with Development best practices and Standards and provide expertiseStay updated with the latest SFDC and Veeva Core technologies and trends.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and technical insights.Possess strong experience in SFDC Development and Customization.Demonstrate expertise in SFDC Data management and integration.Have hands-on experience with Veeva Core solutions.Show proficiency in developing SFDC Lightning components.Exhibit knowledge of SFDC Configuration best practices.Experience in Sales and Marketing or Research and Development is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.Proactive approach to continuous learning and improvement.Proven track record of successful project delivery.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Commitment to driving technical excellence and innovation.Certifications Required
