Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Teamcenter and Hi-Tech domains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing product lifecycle management (PLM) solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Teamcenter and the ability to drive innovation and efficiency in Hi-Tech environments.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and optimization of Teamcenter solutions to enhance product lifecycle management.Oversee the integration of Teamcenter with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency.Provide technical expertise in Teamcenter to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective PLM solutions.Develop and maintain documentation for Teamcenter configurations customizations and best practices.Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of Teamcenter functionalities.Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve reliability and efficiency.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all PLM activities.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize PLM processes and tools.Support the development of new features and functionalities in Teamcenter to meet evolving business needs.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.Participate in project planning and management activities to ensure timely delivery of PLM solutions.Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in PLM systems.Qualifications
Possess a strong background in Teamcenter with at least 7 years of hands-on experience.Demonstrate expertise in Hi-Tech domain with a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and requirements.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Show proficiency in integrating Teamcenter with other enterprise systems.Have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Display the ability to develop and deliver training sessions for end-users.Demonstrate experience in project planning and management.Certifications Required
