**Overview** We are seeking an experienced **Agile Project Manager** with a strong background in technical product and project management. The ideal candidate has served as a Scrum Master and possesses a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, cross-functional collaboration, and program execution. This role is critical in ensuring that Scrum team commitments are met, navigating the technology organization efficiently, and facilitating seamless alignment between business and technology teams. As a Project Manager at Publicis Sapient, you will collaborate with clients on large-scale digital business and engineering transformation initiatives. You will lead a cross-functional, globally distributed team to manage the planning, estimation, and successful delivery of client projects and programs. **Your Impact:** + Ensure that Scrum team commitments are delivered effectively and on time. + Align work that leverages a product without being directly tied to the product itself. + Act as the bridge between technology teams and the business, enabling smooth communication and decision-making. + Support the resolution of issues and blockers that extend across multiple Scrum teams. + Provide cross-functional application support, managing key dependencies as they arise. + Triage and facilitate resolution of technology development blockers identified through heatmap meetings. + Identify role gaps within Scrum teams and support resource planning. + Serve as the primary representative and voice for the technology organization within cross-functional teams. + Collaborate closely with Design, Usability, Engineering, Architecture, and Analytics teams to drive program success. **Qualifications** **Your Skills & Experience:** + 5+ years of experience in Agile project management, Scrum, or technical project management. + 2+ years of delivery experience as part of an Agile delivery team, within a formal agile delivery program + Proven background in technical product management and Agile methodologies. + Hands-on experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile leadership role. + Strong ability to navigate complex technology organizations and drive alignment between technical and business stakeholders. + Experience with managing dependencies, risk mitigation, and issue resolution in multi-team Agile environments. + Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. + Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve broader insights into managing work streams and outcomes + Capable of earning trust and influencing stakeholders without formal authority to required results + Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools. **Set Yourself Apart With:** + Scrum, Product, SAFe or Agile certifications + Experience in enterprise-scale Agile transformations. + Background in software engineering and product development. + Relevant experience at a digital agency or consultancy leading cross functional, multi-disciplinary teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences **Additional information** **This position is open for permanent and contractor modality in Colombia, Mexico, and Costa Rica.**
