About this role

A highly respected mid sized studio design studio renowned for creating beautiful residential and hospitality projects  is currently seeking a talented architect to join their studio.  This is a senior leadership role and will suit a talented architect with additional management skills. 

Key responsibilities

Working under a Principal you will run projects and teams Play a key role on all stages of projects Provide technical expertise on large scale apartment projects Provide expertise on boutique apartment projects and an understanding of Class 2 requirements  Play a key role in the running of the studio

Skills and experience

Completed tertiary education in architecture A minimum of 10 years’ professional practice experience Experience on high quality houses and apartments including local Sydney experience on apartments ($2M - $100M) Proficiency/ background in ArchiCAD preferred Great attention to detail, documentation and detailing ability Outstanding communication skills Strong time management skills  Ability to plan out resources, review fees, negotiate variations and other management tasks will be highly valued  Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment
