This Senior Associate Brand Manager (Sr ABM) will play a pivotal role in helping The Hershey Company achieve our vision of growth through disruptive innovation platforms. * KEY RESPONSIBILITIES can include:* • Translate viable opportunities into testable commercial concepts • Lead development of innovation business case, cross-functional coordination and problem solving, and securing leadership alignment to commercialize prioritized Disruptive projects • Lead exploration and definition of opportunity areas via data and consumer insights • Lead cross-functional teams to ideate, develop, and prioritize concepts. • Support strategic planning for multi-year disruptive innovation pipeline * QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skills, Education, Experience, etc.): * •Education: Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred • 4+ years of work experience, with at least 1-2 years in Marketing • Consumer centric self-starter & growth mindset – fail fast, learn faster • Strong personal motivation in fast-paced, often ambiguous environment, with a bias for action • Demonstrated ability to influence and lead teams • Strong “big picture” perspective, while also delivering the innovation initiative at hand • Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills • Creative problem solver, strategic thinker, and analytical skills • Ability to simplify and make decisions quickly to drive constant forward progress #LI-AM1 The Hershey Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
