Job Location: Remote This position can be located in Hershey, PA, but is also open to 100% remote * Summary:* The Sr Associate Brand Manager (Sr ABM) will have primary responsibility of delivering the 3Y Vision and Strategic Plan for the Pretzels portfolio, including the fast-growing $500M Dot’s brand and new platforms (e.g. Reese’s Filled). Supporting the Senior Brand Manager, the Sr ABM will identify opportunities and lead commercialization of ideas supporting business objectives. This role requires leading internal, cross-functional teams as well as external agencies to deliver end-to-end commercialization of projects ensuring brand objectives and financial goals are delivered. Individuals must have strong analytical capabilities and the ability to translate analytical and market insights into clear strategies for delivering 3Y objectives for Pretzels portfolio. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on building strategy and insights as well as cross-functional collaboration and teamwork. * Responsibilities:* Annual & Strategic Planning: Support development of 3Y and annual planning process for the Pretzels business including identifying white space, sizing opportunity spaces, and building consumer-informed demand levers Analysis & Insights: Develop actionable insights from analysis of market data, competitor intelligence, and consumer research to identify opportunities and risks toward delivery of business objectives. Project Commercialization: Lead commercialization of brand-owned projects through stage gate process, from idea to launch. Partner with agencies, cross-functional partners, and key senior stakeholders to ensure communication of project updates and changes. Demonstrate the ability to manage projects on time and in line with financial goals. * Qualifications(Knowledge, Skills, Education, Experience, etc.):* · 3+ years experience in Marketing, Sales, Strategy and / or General Management · Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA or equivalent marketplace experience preferred · Self-starter with high degree of personal initiative · Strong project and timeline management skills · Ability to lead cross-functional teams · Outstanding strategic thinking and analytical abilities · Strong verbal and written communicator to wide breadth of audiences · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving, and collaborative entrepreneurial environment #LI-AM1 #LI-Remote The Hershey Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
