Job Description
- Optimize the in-app user journey to improve conversion rates, revenue, and overall funnel performance.
- Analyze user behavior, user funnel data, and feature performance to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with commercial and product teams to drive sales, enhance conversion, and boost revenues.
- Implement tactical campaign to grow in-app traffic to maximize sales potential, GMV and revenue generation.
- Partner with tech and product teams to implement feature improvements that elevate user experience and conversion.
- Design and execute tactical campaigns to respond to market trends and maintain business performance targets.
- Ensure seamless coordination across teams to deliver end-to-end success in traffic generation and sales conversion.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies and sustain product competitiveness.
- Lead go-to-market strategies and partnership marketing for product focused events.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience. Experience in Travel or Technology Industry is a plus
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in conversion rate optimization, user journey improvement, or revenue growth roles.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making and funnel performance analysis.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with campaign management and traffic optimisation.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on user experience and business outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
