Skills and experience that will lead to success + Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, mathematics, statistics, or related field + 1 – 3 years of experience in a data analysis or financial modeling role + Superior listening skills, the ability to develop insightful questions, and identify and implement the appropriate strategy to successfully address the client’s issues + Strong written and oral communication skills, for interactions with clients and colleagues + Flexibility to work in situations where there is no unique right answer + CPA and CEP designation desirable + Experience in and comfortable with Microsoft Office applications + Ability to collaborate well with colleagues in other offices in a fast-paced, team environment + Strong foundation working with employee equity valuation is preferred + Working knowledge of statistical methods, data analysis and presentation, and creative problem solving How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
