What the day will look like + Support colleagues on valuation projects, analyses, and other needs of clients + Construct financial models to estimate the fair value of equity-based compensation within a risk neutral framework + Model the potential financial accounting impact of alternative equity plans and programs to assist clients in maximizing the perceived value received by participants + Apply traditional valuation models to other types of securities + Use statistical modeling to assess the difficulty of alternative performance goals + Prepare reports, exhibits, summaries, presentations, and recommendations for client deliverables + Manage the deliverable schedules to clients to ensure timely completion + Monitor client budgets and staff utilization to ensure profitability of engagements + Assist in ad hoc projects How this opportunity is different We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Senior Associate Consultant – Equity Valuation at Aon Philippines, offering you a real opportunity to further develop your capabilities. Skills and experience that will lead to success + Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, mathematics, statistics, or related field + 1 – 3 years of experience in a data analysis or financial modeling role + Superior listening skills, the ability to develop insightful questions, and identify and implement the appropriate strategy to successfully address the client’s issues + Strong written and oral communication skills, for interactions with clients and colleagues + Flexibility to work in situations where there is no unique right answer + CPA and CEP designation desirable + Experience in and comfortable with Microsoft Office applications + Ability to collaborate well with colleagues in other offices in a fast-paced, team environment + Strong foundation working with employee equity valuation is preferred + Working knowledge of statistical methods, data analysis and presentation, and creative problem solving How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
