Reporting to the Function Manager of VM, Payment & Billing:

• Spearhead project implementation of invoice payment system by conducting analysis and provide continuous feedback and recommendations to minimize payment process that requires manual intervention.
• Organize and monitor fleet payment cycle by involving in end-to-end payment process to ensure all ICs and subcontractors are paid timely adhering to payment cycle. To embark into automated payment in due course.
• Manage all the existing FBI dashboard related to payment and performance by continues updating the SQL scripts to generate the monthly data.
• Also Develop new payment reports by using data analytic solutions (SQL and data visualization tool) to ensure high accuracy payment for ICs and subcontractors based on business needs.
• Propose the strategic plans/programs and payment settings in the development of competitive compensation framework by conducting market research and benchmarking exercise within industry to ensure execution of program is aligned with overall business objectives in managing the ICs/Driver.
• Develop data analytics solution for performance monitoring by using SQL, data visualization tool and collaboration with stakeholders from fleet to ensure the stakeholders are well-informed on the performance.
• Provide data analysis comprehensive summaries, overview, illustration and presentation on specific performance reports and advice for management and other stakeholders, upon request.
• Ability to take ownership or support for new billings set-up for third-party customers volume include process, reporting and monthly billing.
