Sr. Analyst – Product Development – Capabilities, Global Real Estate and Workplace Experience (GREWE)

As part of the Strategy Transformation and Capabilities team we support American Express by leading the strategy, investment, design, and deployment activities for the software solutions that enable our partners to provide superior services to our colleagues.

The successful candidate will be responsible to support the Global Real Estate and Workplace Experience (GREWE) applications. GREWE manages the design, construction and management of AXP facilities globally while focusing on providing key services to support colleague’s workplace experience. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for supporting the product owners with requirement analysis, user story refinement, testing support, feature implementation, stakeholder management, and more. It will be important for the candidate to develop a deep understanding of the GREWE business process to effectively support the different applications and modules including but not limited to dining, meeting, transportation, real estate operations, etc. 

Responsibilities:

Engage with business stakeholders to understand goals/objectives, align features with the broader product strategy, and support implementations end to end Partner closely with product owners to provide various analysis, conduct workshops and support the agile lifecycle of product development (stories, testing, implementation, etc.) Support the efforts to onboard new products including third-party risk/TLM activities, initial application set up, OKTA integration, etc. Provide forward thinking, intuitive and innovative solutions that challenge the status quo to ensure an exceptional colleague experience Interact with developers across teams both internally (American Express Technologies (AET)) and externally, as needed Take ownership independently of smaller products

Minimum Qualifications:

2+ years of product management or business analyst experience A balance of technical and business operations knowledge with proven ability to drive solutions Prior Real Estate and Workplace Experience knowledge preferred Excellent analytical and product development mindset with ability to problem solve and translate requirements succinctly Independent and self-motivated, capable of executing under uncertainty with multiple priorities, in a fast paced environment Strong communication and relationship building skills Experience operating in Agile framework Passionate about new technology and finding ways to apply it to enhance the user experience Project management and organization skills Prior knowledge of Tririga is a plus Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
