Job Title: Senior Associate Director
Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of related experience and/or training.
Master’s Degree / MBA in finance.
Supervisory: · Supervisory responsibilities and provides formal assistance / guidance to the team Communication: · Ability to comprehend, analyse, and interpret complex business documents. · Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients and/or public groups. · Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees and client groups to take desired action. Financial Knowledge: · Requires expert knowledge of financial real estate terms and principles. · Complete understanding of approaches to value of real estate assets. Reasoning Ability: · Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Other: · Advanced computer software application (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and Internet navigational skills. · Strong interpersonal and organizational skills · Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
Job Summary
· Business development for investments department in the city.
· Lead assignment/s in the city. Strategize and conceptualise transactions for successful execution
assignments.
· Strategize and conceptualise Investments services provided to clients. Create cross selling opportunities to
generate maximum revenue in the geography.
· Build leads through networking with clients and potential investors. Initiate cross office/group interaction keep the business in mind.
Evaluate, review business plan of the geography from time to time and provide direction to the team · Initiate and Implement new developments/methodologies/techniques pertaining to business. Develop knowledge data for investments team · Lead, motivate & develop team to meet client expectations. · Adheres to all state real estate agency requirements. Ensures compliance with corporate policies as they relate to identifying and mitigating potential conflicts of interest.
