As an HR Business Partner, you will collaborate with our extended HR team and business leaders to refine, lead, and deliver our team and talent strategy. Daily, you will use your leadership and HR expertise to introduce and drive HR programs, practices, and policies aligned to ADP's culture that drive key business results. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities
What you can expect on a typical day:
Deliver and Implement Sustainable HR Solutions. You will understand the business vision, values, strategy, and drivers and create a productive partnership to deliver sustainable HR solutions. You will support Business Unit HR and Corporate HR strategies and plans and ensure effective local implementation. You may also develop site-specific HR strategies to respond to changing business needs.
Work Closely with Hiring Leaders. You will coach managers on individual and team issues and partner with them to ensure consistent decision-making. You will influence and prepare managers for talent reviews.
Leverage Data for Maximum Impact. You will use your analytical skills to leverage data from multiple sources to drive behavior, allocate resources, and effectively improve performance.
Partner Internally. You will partner with Employment Law, Organization Development, and other groups within ADP to achieve your and your team's objectives.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications
5+ years HR Business Partner or HR Generalist work experience within a large global organization
Experience working within a Shared Services environment
A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. If you don't have a college degree, other acceptable experiences could include:
Experience noted above, OR
Experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
