Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor degree from Psychology, Human Resource Management or other related
Has min. 3 -5 years of working experience in Talent Acquisition area
Has solid experience in Human Resource area:
Experience in dealing with user
Experience in massive hiring
Strong interpersonal and communication skill
Client service oriented, self-motivated, detail oriented
Able to work independently as well as in team
Excellent English, both speaking and writing
Strong in data analytics as well as computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferably experienced in using HRIS System
