Senior Associate II, Field Marketing

In this role, you will lead field marketing initiatives, collaborating with sales, alliances, and marketing teams to develop strategies that align with business objectives and enhance alliance relationships. You will create comprehensive field marketing plans and work with partners to optimize joint value propositions and develop distinct market narratives. Kyndryl's collaborative marketing team will focus on three strategic initiatives: Customer Experience Centre, Branding, and Talent Acquisition. The team's goal is to deliver high-quality customer experiences at Kyndryl's collaborative delivery locations across the APAC, EMEA, and LATAM regions. **Key Responsibilities** + Create customer experiences by enhancing marketing value and integrating holistic marketing capabilities for all customer visits, involving collaboration across various marketing functions and delivery teams. + Drive the Expert Eminence Program for our delivery SMEs. + Ensure branding consistency across delivery centers and monitor adherence to approved branding standards at all delivery locations. + Develop co-branding opportunities with customers. + Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to promote brand awareness in universities and colleges across India, EMEA, and LATAM markets.
