A Brief Overview
Reports to a Vice President or Senior Vice President. Independently performs discipline assignments and takes on more responsibility, working more independently on small projects or large projects.

GENERAL:

Building recognition as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the industry and among clients and peers
Ability to support and assist team with new business and identify 360 opportunities
Participate in RFQ/P preparations
Involved with BD pre-sale and relationship development activities by shadowing Market Sector Direct, ROL, or VP
Able to develop capture plans for assigned project pursuits, reviewed by pursuit lead
Participates in pursuit interviews
Strong presentation skills
Strong verbal, written, and graphic skills
Knowledgeable of the principles of project budgeting and project management
Knowledgeable of industry terminology, laws, practices, principles and regulations.
Demonstrated interest in speaking at conferences, writing articles, participating in national committees
Independently applies advanced architectural concepts
Ability to run and manage a small to moderate size architectural projects independently
Application of internal BIM Standards
Considerable knowledgeable of architectural means and methods.
PLANNING:
Demonstrates strong analytical skills to interpret research data for reports and apply mathematic techniques in practical situations.
Demonstrates thorough knowledge of planning principles and understanding of government policies and procedures.
Demonstrates thorough knowledge of research methods and statistical principles.
Demonstrates knowledge of recent developments, current literature and sources of information related to criminal justice.
Ability to run and manage small to moderate size planning projects independently.
Twelve (12) to fourteen (14) years planning, criminal justice, or government experience.
Competency in various computer software programs such as Microsoft Office, Bluebeam.
Competency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign a plus.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and extensive criminal background checks.
Qualifications
Master's Degree and 12 years
Bachelor's Degree and 14 years professional experience in planning, criminal justice, or public administration
Some supervisory experience
Planning or Industry Certification
