An exciting opportunity has arisen for an energetic Associate-level Interior Designer to join a well-known multidisciplinary architectural practice. Known for its significant pipeline of work across varying sectors including Multi-res, Commercial, Mixed-use, Sports & Public projects, this company takes pride in delivering innovative and technical projects.

Key Responsibilities: Lead an internal team of interior designers Draw on your existing network to generate new work for the practice Lead projects from inception through to completion Ensure the highest quality project outcomes Engage with clients and key stakeholders to cultivate long-lasting relationships Skills & Experience: Have a minimum of 10 + years of industry experience Project experience in the Commercial, Health & Public sectors  Interior Design Degree or equivalent Revit knowledge advantageous  Strong experience in successfully pitching for and winning new work  Proven experience leading internal teamsBenefits & Culture: Great workplace culture with strong retention of staff Exposure to multi-disciplinary projects  Centrally located office, and close to public transport 1 day/week WFH flex Support to achieve professional goals
