Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

Manage the Headcount monthly reports for accurate inventory forecasting.Perform yearly and quarterly projections to ensure inventory levels meet business demands.Plan capacity for new hires (NH) and terminations to optimize asset utilization.Supervise the entire order lifecycle from quotation to delivery, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and customer satisfaction.Design and implement robust data management and reporting strategies to enhance decision-making and performance tracking.Develop and refine DaaS-related processes and policies, driving continuous improvement and adherence to best practices and compliance standards.

Key duties:

Handle quotation requests, AR submissions, PR creation, and the subsequent follow-up on these items.Coordinate delivery schedules, ensuring timely receipt and distribution of IT assets.Regularly update and maintain a comprehensive database of all IT assets, conducting data verification and correction as needed.Generate regular reports on DaaS operations, maintaining high standards of data quality and sanity.Analyse reports to identify trends and actionable insights for inventory and order management.Execute the disposal of IT assets, coordinate insurance claims, and manage the logistics of asset returns and replacements.Facilitate remote asset repairs, coordinating with technical teams and service providers.Assist operational leads in ensuring SLA compliance and effective resource allocation.

Qualifications

Experience & Knowledge

Strong analytical and data management skills with experience in reporting and inventory forecastingProficiency in IT asset management software and tools, and familiarity with procurement and invoicing processesWorking knowledge and understanding of a Shared Services Centre operation (2+ years) (preferred)Minimum 3 years of experience in IT asset management, procurement, or a related field

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related fieldCertification in ITIL, supply chain management, or similar disciplines is a plus
