About the Role

Responsible for ensuring AIA's products, services and internal operations / business processes meet the required quality standards

Position Objective:

This position will collaborate with key stakeholders/operations to effectively manage capability levels and provide key support where required, initiate and deliver Knowledge Management projects, initiatives and changes/ enhancements. This includes  :

Coach and develop multi-skilled teams, ensuring there are no capability bottlenecks Perform subject matter expertise across various operational domains Drive process improvement / simplificationPartnership with leaders/ SME for upskilling Collaborate with stakeholders or OpEx for automation initiative kick offAs an SME for process standardization and question reference point for any changes/ enhancement confirmation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide systems training to new and existing staff as requiredCollaborate with stakeholders and SME across a wide range of departments on any possible process improvement.Leverage process re-engineering methodologies to drive process improvement.Establish and ensure the standard operating templates are consistently used for process documentationShare knowledge across Knowledge Management technologies such as but not limited to Confluence and SharepointDesign change management plans, programmes and communciations to ensure effective roll out of changed processes.Lead the process engineering in collaboration with Quality Assurance team to ensure the highest level of service quality are met. Support implementation of any other initiative that is assigned by the Knowledge Management team.Partnership with SME in respective teams for upskilling support, including OJT checks

Financial and Non-Financial Measures:

As per DFAAble to provide support in above mentioned roles and responsibility and uplift team leaders’ role on staff development and conversation.Successful execution of assigned Knowledge Management projects as per the stipulated timelineCompleteness of the process documentation eg: SOP, Bulletins

Communication Requirements

Bi-weekly/ monthly meetings with respective team leaders, monthly meeting with team, 1 on 1 conversation with own’s team manager and progressive or ad hoc updates on OSS’ strategy deliverables with HoD.  Progressive or ad hoc catch-up session with business partners on any reporting related item.Reporting of KM Project status to Manager.
