Senior Associate - Learning and Development, TIAA India

The Senior, TIAA India Learning and Development job plans, administers, and oversees employee development and career planning strategies, procedures and initiatives. As a recognized subject matter expert, this job reviews staff training and development needs and monitors the development of training programs to improve individual and organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities and DutiesLiaises with management and interviews employees to identify and assess training and development needs.\nReviews and refines formal training and development programs for learning initiatives.\nOversees the training of organization's employees.\nManages events, programs, and activities to meet the staff training and development needs.\nEvaluates employees' learning performance and related improvements to enhance the performance of the workforce.\nAdministers programs to enhance the skills of the organization's employees.\nDevelops constructive and cooperative working relationships with other employees.Educational RequirementsUniversity (Degree) PreferredWork Experience5+ Years Required; 7+ Years PreferredPhysical RequirementsPhysical Requirements: Sedentary Work
