We are looking for a Senior Associate or Manager to join our Transfer Pricing team within our Financial Advisory Services line in

Pōneke / Wellington or Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland. This full-time role requires a minimum of 37.5 hours per week where you'll collaborate with a team of Transfer Pricing experts.

As a Senior Associate / Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional services to PwC clients, working closely with Partners and Directors. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in the development and implementation of transfer pricing strategies and policies.

Conducting transfer pricing analyses and preparing supporting documentation.

Reviewing and analysing financial data to identify transfer pricing risks and opportunities.

Providing guidance and support to clients on other transfer pricing matters including assisting with advanced pricing agreements, audits and disputes, as well as broader international tax matters. 

Collaborating with cross functional teams, both internally and internationally, to deliver comprehensive transfer pricing services.

Researching and staying updated on transfer pricing regulations, best practices, and industry trends.

Working in a national team, managing and mentoring junior team members, providing training and guidance as needed.

Building and maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders, and tax authorities.

Ngā pūkenga kei a koe / Skills and experience

3+ years proven transfer pricing experience in a large, global Chartered Accountancy firm.

A relevant Bachelor's or Master's qualification in accounting, law, economics, or a closely related subject. 

Strong client service mindset and experience in dealing with clients across a range of industry specialisations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
