Senior Associate - Merchant Sales and Implementation, Digital Payments

Chase is seeking a **Merchant Sales and Implementation Senior Associate** to support a new payment product integrating clients and prospects into our platform. In this role, the candidate will track sales pipeline, send pipeline report to executives, create and maintain pitch decks. This candidate will also support the integrations with our prospects and clients, our third party partner, and our many important internal stakeholders. He / she will manage and assist in understanding the intricacies and nuances of each client integration, ensure that our clients have a seamless and elegant integration, share insights of key metrics to all parties, suggest improvement opportunities including processes and documentation, keep up to date of the competitive landscape, and be able to articulate and evangelize the strategic vision of the product including creating PowerPoint decks. **Job Responsibilities:** + Track sales pipeline and send sales reports to leadership. + Create and maintain sales pitch decks. + Assist in managing merchant integrations to ensure success. + Proven success in collaborating, influencing and driving decisions with multiple stakeholders, including team members across product, technology, design, and data and analytics. + Proactively identifies opportunities to help amplify our work across the organization and drive partnership with LOBs and Product teams. + Integrate data analytics, product metrics, user experience research, competitive and market analysis, and company goals to drive prioritization of product initiatives. **Required Qualifications, Capabilities, & Skills:** + 3+ years of experience in digital, program management, product management, merchant sales, merchant integrations, merchant/customer success, and Agile practices and principles. + Thorough understanding of digital and mobile payments including online payments including wallets, BNPL, merchant acquiring & payment processing highly desired. + Ability to think strategically and to connect the dots to the bigger picture, while still comfortable diving into the details required to ensure successful execution. + Ability to influence stakeholders with diverse points of view and build coalition. + Client-facing experience. + Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills. + Strong knowledge of APIs, open Banking and engineering practices. + BS or MS in Computer Science or comparable field of study.
