Job Description
Develop and Implement SEM Strategies: lead the development and execution of data-driven SEM strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Oversee the SEM budget, allocating funds across campaigns and platforms to maximize return on investment (ROI), be involved in forecasting future budget needs.
Manage a team of SEM specialists, providing guidance and mentoring to ensure everyone is working towards shared goals.
Work closely with other marketing teams (Creative Lab, Sales & Marketing, SEO team, etc) to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns
Generate regular reports for stakeholders, clearly communicating campaign performance and ROI.
Able to explain complex data in a way that is understandable for non-technical audiences.
Conduct competitive analysis to understand competitor strategies and identify opportunities to gain an edge.
Share their expertise with junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Plan and implement innovative strategies and tactics to maximize campaign effectiveness
Capable of leading and managing large-scale projects with minimal supervision that can potentially create value for the whole team
Mature enough to manage external marketing vendors independently, and ensure all the expected deliverables or service are delivered
Requirements
5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEM - Proven track record of managing and optimizing SEM campaigns - Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization techniques
Possess exceptional critical thinking and a willingness to dive into the data, to produce immediate value while still keeping an eye on long-term strategy and scalability
Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision making, deriving and disseminating actionable insights resulting from such analysis - Good communication skill, self-driven, love challenges, and enthusiasm to pursue excellence
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficiency in Excel or similar data processing tool (Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc)
