About the Role
Responsible to ensure AIA's products, services and internal operations / business processes meet the required quality standardsPosition Objective:The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist is responsible for supervising, inspecting, and recommending improvements to ensure that the organization’s final products meet established quality standards. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational excellence by identifying gaps, ensuring compliance with procedures, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct Quality Check (QC) or Sample (QA) on completed cases to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Document audit activities thoroughly, share outcomes with relevant stakeholders.Identify, address, and escalate quality issues, and collaborate with supervisors to propose effective solutions.Provide actionable recommendations for process and quality improvements.Collaborate cross-functionally with management and subject matter experts to identify and implement process enhancements.Demonstrate openness to learning new methodologies, tools, and automation techniques to enhance QA efficiency.Anticipate potential quality risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements relevant to the role.Ensure all QA activities align with the Australian working calendar and comply with local standards and expectations.Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
