About the Role

Responsible for ensuring AIA's products, services and internal operations / business processes meet the required quality standards

Position Objective:

Quality Assurance is a professional who is responsible for monitoring, inspecting and proposing measures to correct or improve an organization's final products in order to meet established quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Ensure that standard operation procedure (SOP) were followed by doing sample checks on the completed cases.Document Audit activities, share the outcome and prepare reports for the stakeholders.Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiorsMake recommendations for improvementCollaborate with stakeholders and SME across a wide range of departments on any possible process improvement.Partnership with SME in respective teams for upskilling support and refresher sessions.

Communication Requirements

Bi-weekly/ monthly meetings with respective team leaders, monthly meeting with team, 1 on 1 conversation with own’s team manager and progressive or ad hoc updates on OSS’ strategy deliverables with HoD.  Progressive or ad hoc catch-up session with business partners on any reporting related item.
