Senior Associate General Counsel - Corporate & M&A

Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** + Oversee and manage all legal aspects of M&A transactions, including due diligence, negotiation, and documentation. + Collaborate with the strategy and development team to align transactions with business objectives. + Conduct and manage comprehensive due diligence processes to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with laws and regulations. + Draft, review, and negotiate complex transaction documents, working closely with internal and external stakeholders. + Identify and mitigate legal risks, providing strategic advice to senior management. + Assist in the integration of acquired entities post-closing, ensuring smooth transitions and legal compliance. **What Are We Looking For** + Preferred 10-15 years' experience with corporate, M&A background.
