**The Role**
As a Senior associate in resource management, you will handle the assignment of employees to client engagements. This requires balancing resource utilization, planning targets, skills allocation, actual utilization, and staffing levels. You will collaborate with other workforce solutions teams and business stakeholders to maintain staffing plans, resource assignments, and project onboarding/offboarding, including managing administrative tasks for each position.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Assign Japanese resources to projects, balancing utilization, planning targets, skills allocation, and staffing levels.
+ Liaise between Japanese-speaking clients and internal teams for effective communication.
+ Understand project needs from demand requests.
+ Collaborate with workforce teams and stakeholders to maintain resource assignments, staffing plans and resource assignments.
+ Allocate employees to client engagements, managing resource utilization and staffing levels.
+ Understand business requirements and attend meetings to support resource management, supply, and demands.

**Required Technical & Professional Expertise:**
+ At least 3 years of experience in the IT industry with bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English.
+ JLPT certification level N3 or higher (Japanese Proficiency).
+ Must hold a graduate or bachelor's degree in any field.
+ Strong communication skills in both English and Japanese.
+ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
+ Basic understanding of the IT industry and resource management
**Preferred Technical & Professional Expertise:**
+ master’s degree preferred.
+ Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to explain information to non-technical individuals.
+ Experience working with Japanese clients or in multicultural teams is advantageous
