Team and Role Introduction:
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Associate to lead a workstream within our seller programs team. Seller programs is a team that manages the design and implementation of programs aimed at driving seller growth via tasks, seller commitments and benefits provided to sellers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for program management, stakeholder collaboration, and reporting. The role includes setting and working with
Responsibilities:
-Program Management: Lead the design, execution and optimization of specific seller KPIs (e.g. ads spend, GMV, traffic driving KPIs, mechanics adoption KPI and etc.) within our seller benefit programs, ensuring alignment with overall program goals.
-Target Setting: Develop and set clear, achievable targets for the sellers and monitor progress
-Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business development, account managers, marketing solutions, finance and others to ensure seamless delivery and promotion of seller benefit programs.
-Staff Supervision: Manage one junior staff member, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality work output and professional development.
-Data Analysis: Analyze workstream performance metrics, gather feedback from sellers, and use data-driven insights to make continuous improvements.
-Communication: Act as the main point of contact for sellers and key account managers to address their questions and concerns promptly and effectively.
-Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on workstream performance and impact, including key metrics and recommendations, to senior management.
-Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor programs to ensure our seller benefits remain competitive and attractive.
