Education:  Bachelor's degree (Technical) 
Experience:  At least 8 to 10 years of experience in end user IT support with Active Directory, Exchange, server, Antivirus, Citrix and networking knowledge.

Skills: 

In-depth Windows (2016 and higher versionsWin11 & Higher versions) Linux & High Availability, Load Balancing, and Disaster Recovery.Exchange, Security products, MCSE, AWS, Hyper -V, Nutanix, Citrix, SAN, NAS, virtual Platform experience. ITIL, Cisco IPT (not must but good if have expertise).Troubleshooting complex issuesHands-on experience on configuration management like Ansible, terraform.Ability to install and manage multiple application environments.In-depth knowledge of Server hardware, Lenovo Laptops hardwareIn-depth networking backgroundVPN Endpoint troubleshooting.24/7 Support.

Job Functions:
