We are looking for Jira Admin, for our Information Technology and Services team and below are the key requirements.
Required:
5+ years of overall Atlassian experience
2+ years of Jira Cloud administration experience
2+ years of Jira Service Management administration experience
Highly experienced with workflow automation
Proficient with ScriptRunner
Proficient with Groovy
Proficient with Nunjucks and Jira expressions
Experienced with REST API based third party integrations
Preferred:
Atlassian certifications (ACP-120, ACP-100, ACP-400, ACP-300)
Experience with third-party automation apps, especially Automation for Jira and JMWE
Basica Java understanding
Okta administration
Atlassian Access administration
Knowledge of key ITSM concepts
Understanding of various Agile software development methodologies
