Position Overview:
The Senior Audit Associate is responsible for leading audit engagements, supervising and mentoring staff, and providing accurate analysis of financial statements. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team environment, and have a solid understanding of auditing procedures and financial statement analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead audit engagements on behalf of clients. Develop work plans for audit engagements. Provide analysis of financial statements and make appropriate recommendations. Supervise and mentor staff auditors. Identify areas of potential risk and recommend control measures. Collaborate with clients to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements.Qualifications:
3+ years of public accounting experience in audit. CPA (preferred). Experience auditing large manufacturers. Experience supervising and mentoring staff. Strong communication and analytical skills. Ability to work in a team environment.Benefits
