Lead front-to-back audits of Markets and Securities Services (MSS) businesses and be responsible for the execution of all stages in the audit lifecycle. Execute a programme of continuous monitoring for a defined portfolio of businesses and countries. Provide supervision to define and execute on development objectives and provide on the job training and guidance as needed. Maintain and enhance stakeholder relationships with key business and functional management. Contribute to the development of Internal Audit, use of data analytics, agile auditing techniques, through collaborating with other audit teams and following on or leading innovations.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. Pay range: $173,745 - $183,745 per year.

Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Financial Economics or a closely related field and 10 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate, related work experience. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Financial Economics or a closely related field and 7 years of related work experience.

Must have at least 7 years of audit experience in risk or control aspects of, Markets and Securities Services (“MSS”) or similar markets trading and securities business, gained within Front Office and Markets Operations; Regulatory Compliance, Product Control/Finance, Market Risk, Model Risk, Counterparty Credit Risk and Market Surveillance.

Must have 5 years of work experience in:

· Leading and supervising employees; and

· Monitoring of a portfolio of businesses and asset classes in MSS or similar markets trading and securities business on an ongoing basis and documenting it in a quarterly Continuous Monitoring report.

Must have 3 years of work experience in:

· Audit data analytics including data visualization, and statistical testing; and

· Product knowledge in MSS business and products, of which the experience should include: Traded wholesale markets flow and cash products such as FX spot, repo, money market loans and deposits, bonds and equities, forwards and futures;

o Exchange traded and over the counter derivatives such as FX Options, interest rate swaps, cross currency swaps, derivatives, structured and bespoke markets products;

o Treasury including short and long term liquidity risk management, cash management and transfer pricing;

o Common industry activities and risk areas such as trade surveillance, communication surveillance, benchmark rate submission, bond auctions, conducts risk, unauthorized trading risk and hedge accounting;

o Prime Brokerage, Custody, Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, and Trustee Fiduciary Services;

o Elements of market risks and associated Greeks such as delta, gamma, credit spread, interest rate sensitivity, vega/volatility, drivers of markets PL and risk-based PL attribution; and

o Supporting common controls and processes e.g., Product Control, Traded Risk, Operations, Regulatory Compliance, Risk Stewardship etc.

Up to 20% international travel required.
