The Opportunity

As a Senior Auditor, you’ll play a key role in internal audit (IA) assurance and advisory work, collaborating with Audit Directors, Senior Audit Managers, and Audit Managers to assess and enhance controls across WTW’s segments and functions.

Your work will help ensure compliance, identify risks, and improve processes, making a real impact on the business.

Conduct assurance and advisory work – Develop audit scope, strategy, and execute testing.
✔️ Deliver high-quality audit reports – Prepare reports that clearly communicate risks, findings, and recommendations.
✔️ Build strong relationships – Partner with business teams to provide valuable insights.
✔️ Identify risks and improvement opportunities – Proactively highlight areas for enhancement.
✔️ Engage in meaningful discussions – Communicate findings proactively and recommendations effectively.
✔️ Monitor and follow up on action plans – Ensure management actions are implemented on time.
✔️ Drive efficiency and innovation – Suggest improvements to audit processes.
✔️ Embrace diversity and inclusion – Contribute to an open and collaborative team culture.

📍 Note: This role may require occasional international travel.
