At this time, Ally will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. #LI-Hybrid **The Work Itself** * You will partner with Ally management cross-functionally to enhance the audit experience and promote visibility and partnership. * You will independently develop, implement, and document audit tests and issue validations in accordance with Audit Services policies and procedures, primarily focused on Finance, Treasury, and Capital Markets subject matter. * You will conduct work paper reviews as needed. * You will provide support in walk throughs and project status meetings. * You will assist in the drafting of PAIs (potential audit issues) * Your use of data literacy and analytics will provide consultation to management regarding emerging control practices. * Your proactive communication skills with management and peers will drive alignment to mitigate customer service issues before they occur. * Your technical knowledge, creativity and improved mentality will be essential when performing projects as assigned to assist with analyzing Ally’s risk and control environment. * Your participation in Audit Transformation initiatives will be essential to the continued improvement to the enterprise and its continuing role within Ally business. * You will play a crucial role in providing guidance and support to team members who are starting their careers. **The Skills You Bring** * Relevant 4-year degree or comparable combination of education and experience (including military service). * 3+ years of work experience in audit or financial services. * Relevant certification (CIA, CPA, CISA, CAMS, CFE, etc.), is a plus. * Experience using ACL and Teammate or other Computer Assisted Audit Techniques (CAATs), again a plus. * A desire to creatively identify problems that potentially were not known to exist and provide solutions and/or recommendations. * Eye for business and understanding of the industry, company, and products to promote achievement of objectives and goals. * Curiosity, passion, and the skills for Finance/Treasury/Capital Markets subject matter. * Analytical attitude - think before you leap. * Proactively challenge the status quo. * Be adaptable to change and ambiguity. * Be open to feedback and continuous learning. * Be resilient, composed and focused under pressure. * Be an active listener. * Good writing and verbal communications. **How We'll Have Your Back** * Ally's compensation program offers market-competitive base pay and pay-for-performance incentives (bonuses) based on achieving personal and company goals.
