This will be an individual contributor role but experience leading teams is important. Whilst they will be reporting into the QA department they must have hands-on Development experience with modern web-based application and should bring a Quality Engineering mindset to the team. Skills and Requirements - 10-15 years of experience ( coming from a development background with a passion for automation testing or has started as a QA and transitioned into a development role) Technical expertise should broadly cover the following: - HTML5/CSS, REST, JavaScript, and JavaScript frameworks (Vue/Ember/Angular/Node/etc) -Selenium, Appium, Cypress TestNG, Robot Framework, Python, Jest, Cucumber Jira, Confluence, GitHub - good understanding of coding frameworks - lead experience/ leadership experience -development experience with a modern web-based application - experience as a financial institution null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
