Role Introduction
Collaborate with business users, internal technology teams and external vendors to identify fit-for-purpose, reliable, secure and highly-scalable automation solutions under ServiceNow platform Analyse and translate user need into business and technical requirements, design, develop and ensure smooth implementation through collaboration with business and IT stakeholdersParticipate in Scrum activities in various roles such as Scrum Master, Product Owner and developersDesign, build, test and deploy automation solution and/or prototype following best practicesWork independently during programme and project execution to ensure successful, on-time delivery by anticipating dependencies and impediments, prioritizing tasks, making trade-offs between business needs and constraints and managing work time efficientlyFacilitate collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders through clear communication and documentationProvide Level 2 support, troubleshoot on production systems and servicesCollaborate with other IT domains to drive innovationSupport and maintain the monitoring systemsRequirements
Degree qualifications (or equivalent education qualifications) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related disciplinesMinimum 5 years’ solid working experience in the IT industry and development roleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSolid experience with full lifecycle of code development workSolid experience with Java script, Phytol, Ansible, Powershell, Restful API, JSON and XMLServiceNow related development experience is preferredWorking experience in Agile and ScrumFamiliar with cloud technology such as AWS and AzureLog analytic related experienceStrong understanding of current technology concepts, trends and capabilitiesWell-developed analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, leveraging both logic and creativityStrong troubleshooting skills; ability to identify patterns and generate ideasWell organized, thrive in a sense-of-urgency environment, leverage best practices, and most importantly, innovate through any problem with a can-do attitudeExperience in collaborating with multiple cross-functional and geographically dispersed teamsAbility to interact professionally with diverse groups of stakeholdersAbility to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong verbal and written presentation skillsAirline knowledge is beneficial but not a mustPersonal & Application Information
Reports to: Automation Development Lead
This role is responsible for supporting the IT Operations on all the development and support related to ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.
