**Job title:** Senior Automation Engineer Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth. **Your role:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation technologies, with deep expertise in Power Platform, Automate, Copilot, AI, and microservices. This role requires a proactive and innovative individual who can design, develop, and implement advanced automation agentic solutions to enhance operational efficiency and drive business impact. + Design and Development: Lead the design and development of automation solutions using Power Platform, Automate, and other relevant technologies. + Integration: Integrate automation solutions with existing systems and microservices to ensure seamless operation across the organization. + AI Implementation: Implement AI-driven features to enhance the capabilities of automation solutions, leveraging tools such as Copilot and machine learning models. + Project Management: Manage automation projects from conception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. + Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop solutions that align with business objectives. + Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all automation projects, including design specifications, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides. + Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and junior team members on the use of automation tools and best practices. + Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve automation processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. **You're the right fit if:** + Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation engineering, with a focus on Power Platform, Automate, Copilot, AI, and microservices. Any functional domain experience in Finance, supply chain will be added advantage. + Skills: Proficiency in Power Platform, Automate, Copilot, AI, and microservices architecture. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
