Automation Engineer
Job Responsibility
lead and support on facility and process automation project like Robot / Cobot/ AGV and implement automation project in site.
Work with cross-function teams to have solutions for customized machines and automation machines (including automation design and technical review with supplier and internal team, summary automation/machine specification and test plan.)
Continue to optimize customized and automation machines to meet and even exceed the required machine efficiency and yield.
Keep innovation and find the improvement opportunity actively, and summary automation initiation with estimated budget and align with internal / external team.
Discuss automation proposal and share experience with US or UK site’ automation engineer.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Manufacture and Automation, Electrical, Computer. 5+ years working experience in automation engineer
Knowledge of Robot, Cobot, AGV, control systems, instrumentation, electrical and associated auxiliaries, digital plant automation structures and communication protocols
Prefer to have robot set up and programing experience Good command of English.
Verbal and written communication skills that clearly convey complex technical information and ideas to senior level management.
Excellent management skill of multi-functions. Ability to interface with all levels of employees in the organization and demonstrate solid relationship building skills. Strong ability on project people management skills, and problem solving ability.
Communication and negotiation skills with internal and external department is necessary
