Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 10 to 14 years of experience in automation and testing. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Automat Unit Test Integration Automated Testing Interaction Process Automation and Automation Engineering. Experience in Governance Risk & Compliance is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery. Oversee the integration of automated unit tests to streamline the development process. Provide expertise in interaction process automation to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve automation-related issues. Lead the design and execution of automated test plans and test cases. Ensure the continuous improvement of automation engineering practices. Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to the development team. Maintain and update automation scripts to adapt to changing requirements. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of automated testing efforts. Support the development team in troubleshooting and debugging issues. Contribute to the development of best practices for automation and testing. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in automation processes. Drive innovation in automation techniques to improve overall project outcomes.Qualifications
Possess a strong background in Automat Unit Test Integration and Automated Testing. Demonstrate expertise in Interaction Process Automation and Automation Engineering. Have experience in Governance Risk & Compliance is a nice to have. Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Show proficiency in scripting languages and automation tools. Display strong communication and collaboration abilities.Certifications Required
Certified Automation Professional (CAP) ISTQB Certified Tester Automation Engineering Certification

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 to $135,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
