Job Responsibilities
Define, develop & implement standards and policies for the audio video services & conference systems.Configure, operate, and maintain AV equipment and associated solutionsDevelop testing process to ensure AV changes/upgrades don’t negatively impact key business use cases or user experience.Document operating procedures, issues & resolutions, deployment guide related to AV solutionConsider user feedback and improve AV servicesDesign, code, test, and troubleshoot the technology and configurations in our conference rooms and custom audio-visual deployment spacesManage conferencing solutions like ZoomProvide expertise for Zoom, telephony system, conference room architecture/standards, video/audio/web conferencing, and streamingTrain L1, L2 teams and provide the last line of defense for AV supportProvide support for large meeting / events. Work with executive admins and setup, carry out critical events - on-site or virtual for senior managements and C-level executivesCollaborate with various IT functions for implementation and support per standards, processes, and procedures in their respective domains.Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalentMinimum 7-8 years of hands on experience as an AV EngineerExcellent communication skill is a must for this role. Must be able to communicate at all levels within the organization – Business Stakeholders, Senior Managers, and C-Level ExecsMust have one full cycle project experience with on-prem telephony system, Cloud-Telephony systemsMust have one full cycle project experience in Zoom conferencing and configuration & administrationMust have experience conducting large meetings, streaming.Must have experience in selecting equipment that meets business requirement, then assist procurement team for purchase.Must have hands on experience in maintaining and troubleshooting Zoom/Teams Video rooms of different products like Logitech, Poly etc.Experience with multiple collaboration platforms is plusProven skills in supporting Level 3 escalationsMust have experience with Microsoft O365 integrationsScripting experience using PowerShell, python or automation tools is a plus2 to 4 years of scripting experience such as Python, PowerShell, or other automation toolsDesire and ability to learn new technologySelf-prioritization skills to analyze support requests and prioritize them based on impact.
