Senior AWS Data Manager (Onsite)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AWS Glue AWS Services AWS and Python. Experience in Asset and Wealth Management is a plus. The role involves overseeing complex projects ensuring timely delivery and contributing to the companys strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple complex projects from inception to completion. Oversee project planning scheduling and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams leveraging expertise in AWS Glue AWS Services AWS and Python. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables. Ensure projects are aligned with business goals and contribute to the companys strategic objectives. Monitor project progress and performance identifying and mitigating risks. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members. Implement best practices and methodologies to improve project efficiency and quality. Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management. Manage project budgets ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Drive the adoption of new technologies and tools to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications

Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. Have a minimum of 12 years of experience in project management with a focus on technical projects. Demonstrate expertise in AWS Glue AWS Services AWS and Python. Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Have experience in Asset and Wealth Management (nice to have). Hold relevant project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2. Display a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Demonstrate the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. Show proficiency in project management tools and software. Exhibit strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
