About the teamZillow’s New Construction business is building the largest and most vibrant platform for New Construction builders and home shoppers. The New Construction Sales Operations and Program Management Team is the central hub that orchestrates product and sales program launches by aligning multiple teams, organizing resources, fostering effective communication, and enabling the greater team to succeed. About the role

As the Senior B2B Advertising Programs Manager, you will drive growth and stability for the display advertising product, New Construction Boost. You will own the vision for success of the Boost product, advocate for its needs and drive related projects forward. You will identify and pursue opportunities for Boost growth, leading product strategy, execution, and performance across multiple teams. You will collaborate with strategy, operations, product, and sales leadership to prioritize initiatives that drive revenue and a successful advertising experience for builder partners.

Responsibilities of this role include:Develop and execute a roadmap for driving Boost revenue growthProactively identify and mitigate risks to product stabilityConsult with the Strategy team on product pricing, packaging, and alignment with broader strategic objectivesAdvise teams and customers on trends and best practices as the expert on the digital advertising industry, market, and competitor landscapeWork with sales managers to prepare the frontline to understand and adopt new processes and productsCollaborate with external partners and vendors on new opportunities and optimizationsSolicit and incorporate feedback from customers and front-line teams for continuous improvement

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $105,900.00 - $169,100.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you areYou have a strong track record in digital advertising product or program management or a related field, with at least 8+ years of experience.You have strong familiarity with the ad technology ecosystem including platforms such as Google Ad Manager.You have excellent project management skills, including an ability to manage multiple priorities, work through ambiguous problems, and keep everyone on the same page.You have the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile and collaborative cross-team environment.You provide exceptional verbal and written communications, conveying complex ideas clearly and concisely to team members.You have a proven capacity to take ownership of projects, work autonomously, and lead others through change.You are committed to operational excellence and delivering quality work.
