Senior B2B Demand Generation Manager, Amazon Key
Description Are you a builder who's ready to help Amazon Key shape the future of the multifamily industry? Amazon is looking for a driven, entrepreneurial, and analytical Senior B2B Demand Generation Manager to support a new Amazon Key product as we scale our US marketing. The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical and hands-on problem solver with a proven track record of successfully managing B2B lead generation. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing scalable marketing strategies across paid and organic media, paid search, email, content marketing, and webinars to drive highly qualified leads for sales. As the Senior B2B Demand Generation Manager, you will be pivotal in expanding Amazon Key’s awareness and reach, driving target engagement which leads to high-quality leads, and setting new standards for campaign excellence. Key job responsibilities • Run marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end • Launch and manage campaigns across multiple channels, in partnership with internal teams and third-party agencies • Collaborate to create high-quality, engaging communications and copy, including email, social posts, landing pages, and others • Independently create compelling, effective content such as white papers • Report performance of marketing campaigns, assess against goals, and optimize key metrics across the campaign lifecycle • Establish and continually improve scalable processes that ensure best practices and operational efficiency in campaign and lead management • Work closely with Product and Revenue Ops teams to build required marketing and sales infrastructure including automated lead scoring & routing • Partner across Sales and Marketing teams to deliver work on time and on budget, while continually increasing conversion • Develop test plans to refine messaging and drive engagement and conversion uplift • Support channel partners’ ability to leverage campaign assets in their sales efforts on behalf of Amazon Key Basic qualifications * 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience * 5+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience * Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements * Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) * Experience with project management software (Asana preferred) * Experience with marketing automation software (Pardot preferred) * Experience using Salesforce as a marketing database, including campaign and pipeline measurement and reporting * Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs * Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across channels, including nurturing campaigns Preferred qualifications * Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners * Experience working with marketing and sales funnel infrastructure, such as automated lead scoring and routing * Experience developing and executing account-based marketing campaigns * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred. * Experience in tech or SaaS environments is highly desirable. Basic Qualifications - 8+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team experience - Bachelor's degree Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote - Experience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions - Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery - Experience managing creative (internal team of designers, copywriters, external agencies and freelancers) - Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives - Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
