We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with strong experience in .NET Core (v 6/8) and a deep understanding of microservices, Azure Cloud, and CosmosDB. You will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing backend services that drive critical infrastructure operations. You will work in a hybrid environment and will need excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with remote and onsite team members.
Your future duties and responsibilities:• Develop and maintain backend services using .NET Core (6/8), adhering to best practices in web services and microservices architecture.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using YML pipelines to ensure smooth deployment processes and continuous integration/delivery.
• Work with Azure Functions, Durable Functions and other Azure Cloud services to build scalable and efficient solutions.
• Integrate and manage CosmosDB for data storage and retrieval, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, monitor, debug, and manage system operations in a dynamic environment.
• Develop and execute unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Participate in the design and implementation of the infrastructure to support business services for energy utilities.
• Assist in monitoring, debugging, and ensuring high availability of services deployed on Azure Cloud.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand and align development with the project’s goals and business context to accelerate development.
• Contribute to architectural discussions, decisions, and improvements in pipeline automation, system monitoring, and debugging.
• 6+ years of experience as a Backend Developer, with expertise in .NET Core (v 6/8).
• Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and web services.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using YML and tools like Azure DevOps.
• Proficient in Azure Functions and Azure Cloud services for cloud-based infrastructure.
• Solid experience with CosmosDB for data management and optimization.
• Strong understanding of unit testing and test-driven development practices.
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a hybrid environment.
