This rapidly growing fintech startup is developing an investment platform that enables retail investors to connect with the minds behind distinctive investment strategies.

The current team size is about 7 engineers and 20-50 people at the company in total. They are looking for a Senior backend focus engineer who will be tasked with building an optimizing cloud-native back-end services that power a high-performance platform handling millions of API calls. Optimize and scale our platform to ensure performance, reliability, and high availability as user demand grows

Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using C#, .NET Core, or equivalent languages in a cloud-native environment. Optimize and scale our platform to ensure performance, reliability, and high availability as user demand grows. Work with AWS services such as EKS, DynamoDB, Postgres, Lambdas, SNS/SQS, and Kafka to build and maintain a highly scalable infrastructure. Requirements:
Jack of all trades Mix and match of below C#/ .NET core Any of "python, Java, or GO to pair with it Kotlin Kafka, Kubernetes, Postgres Familiarity with AWS cloud services Experience with financial platforms 5+ years' experience minimum Must come out of a Startup company or have previous startup experience  Preferred Qualifications:  Coming out of or worked at Fintech Startup Comfortability in fast-paced environments Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a Salary ranging from $150-180K yearly depending on experience, Additional benefits will be discussed further down the process.
