The Team You’ll Be Working With: Getting Help
At Wise, we’re on a mission to make financial services faster, simpler, and more accessible for everyone. The Getting Help team plays a critical role in this mission by empowering customers to solve their problems quickly and efficiently.
We’ve built the infrastructure for FAQs, self-service pages, and, most recently, launched a chat platform as a primary support channel. We’re enabling smarter customer interactions, automating solutions, and helping other teams deliver better support experiences through it. In 2025, we’re doubling down on making chat the go-to channel for our customers, and we need your expertise to take it to the next level
