Do you thrive on collaborating with intelligent colleagues to tackle complex product and technical challenges? Are you eager to explore a broad range of technologies and engage in knowledge sharing? At the ML Team, our mission is to integrate the power of AI into our product, driving innovation as a core part of our company strategy. We offer a hybrid work schedule, team-building activities, and a fantastic office location to support your growth and success.
The ML Team integrates AI technology into Wrike with a mission to simplify our customers' lives by automating routine tasks and unlocking their creativity. Our key focus areas include Search, Smart Suggestions, and leveraging large language models (LLMs) to process and generate work-related data. The team is composed of front-end and back-end engineers, QA specialists, data scientists, a product manager, a designer, and an engineering manager, with members based in both Prague and Cyprus.
We collaborate closely within our team and with other product teams to achieve the company's goals. Our approach is heavily experiment- and feedback-driven: we introduce a variety of AI-based features in different capacities to find growth opportunities for our key metrics. This makes us highly customer-focused and requires a strong understanding of the business.
