About this opportunity:
Ericsson China R&D Baseband SW is looking for designers for BB SW Design on Ericsson 5G products. As part of the team, you will be enrolled into the most advanced wireless technology development like 5G radio product, NG-oLLS fronthaul development from prototype design to commercial deployment covering every single step in the whole product life cycle chain. You as a SW designer will work together with the most talented colleagues from all over the world to complete the feasibility study, systemization, SW design, implementation and integration of our product, troubleshooting and resolving critical technical issues and finally getting our products up and running in customer network.
What you will do:

Requirement analysis and architecture design of specific featuresSW module design, coding and maintenanceSW unit test designRadio integration supportTrouble shooting for lab and field issuesContinuous product care

The skills you bring:

M.Sc. or equivalent level in Computer Science, Wireless Communication, Electronic Engineering or related field.6+ years of experience in baseband software design with good track record.Familiar with 3GPP protocols.Familiar with baseband software architecture.Proficiency in C programming, familiar with C++ programming.Quick and continue learner.Proficient in embedded SW design on DSP platform.Concept of SW lifecycle and SW design pattern such as Agile.Quality and efficiency minded, analytical thinking.Dedicated, result oriented professional with a reputation for getting the job done.Willing to take challenges, thriving in fast paced, high-pressure environment.Effective interpersonal and communication skills.Good English in oral and written
