What You'll Do: Serve as the Benefits Program Expert: Act as the primary contact for all employee benefits-related inquiries, providing expert guidance on health, wellness, retirement, and other benefit offerings across U.S. and Canadian locations. Lead Benefits Strategy and Compliance: Design, implement, and oversee benefits programs that align with company goals, ensuring they are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant with federal, state, and local regulations. Oversee Benefits Team Operations: Lead a team of benefits managers and specialists, fostering professional development and ensuring efficient, accurate benefits administration. Drive Vendor and Financial Management: Manage relationships with benefits providers, negotiate contracts, and ensure adherence to service level agreements, optimizing program performance and managing costs. Monitor and Analyze Key Benefits Metrics: Track and analyze data on employee engagement, enrollment trends, and benefits utilization to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions. Ensure Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with employment and benefits laws, including ERISA, ACA, and HIPAA, making necessary adjustments to keep programs compliant. Deliver High-Impact Benefits Solutions: Lead the planning and execution of open enrollment and benefits education initiatives, ensuring employees understand their options and feel supported. Facilitate Benefits Training and Communication: Partner with managers and HR teams to deliver clear, effective communication about benefits programs, enrollment procedures, and any changes to offerings. What We're Looking For: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. Experience: Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in benefits management, with a strong preference for backgrounds in hospitality, food service, or airport industries. Expertise in Benefits Administration: Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive employee benefits programs in compliance with U.S. and Canadian laws. Team Leadership & Employee Support: Skilled in overseeing teams and managing complex employee benefits inquiries, fostering a positive and supportive workplace. Vendor and Financial Management: Extensive experience managing vendor relations and benefits budgets, including contract negotiation and adherence to service level agreements. Certifications: PHR, CEBS, SHRM, or other relevant HR certifications preferred, but not required. Travel Requirement: Ability to travel up to 20% within the U.S. and Canada to collaborate with teams and conduct on-site program support. Ready to Apply?
