Department Brief

FactSet’s Compensation and Benefits team consistently works towards fostering a healthy and rewarding work-life balance. The team always strives to enhance employees' wellness through health-insurance coverage, and awareness/tools necessary for healthy living.

JOB PURPOSE:

The role primarily focuses on managing the India Benefits policies and programs which includes vendor management, compliance testing, designing benefit packages, framing policies, market intelligence, end-end administration of enrollment, endorsements, maintaining internal and external benefits database

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Database Management

Validate data, invoices, endorsements, contracts, and employee database management. Conduct audits of data/invoices to ensure processes and policies are managed accurately and effectively.

Operations:

Support annual renewals for APAC offices, benchmark FactSet against peers and research industry and employment trends.

Partner with Insurance brokers, vendors and TPAs to prepare reports and applications required by local law to be filed with the Department of Labor for each region and other regulatory agencies.

Work on end-to-end administration of employee benefits operations for FactSet APAC for medical, personal accident and life insurance with related policies, financials, and timelines for the benefit of the employees.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly benefit schedules and activation of benefits for the new hires

Communication:

Design, review and update benefits communications on an ongoing basis, validate and review policies, processes, FAQ’s, SOP’s & BCP’s for benefits processes and update Intranet pages.

Develop written materials (e.g., forms, procedures, brochures, etc.) for the purpose of documenting benefits activities, providing written reference and/or conveying information, Partner with the technical team to plan and execute annual benefits enrollment, Benefits query management.

Conduct orientation sessions focused on Employee Benefits for new hires remotely across APAC.

Provide recommendations to leadership to fill gaps in employee benefit processes to improve efficiency and experience.

Analysis:  Ensure periodic checks and reconciliation of the quarterly benefits claims analysis, work with the Senior management, and the respective stakeholders to build plans and improve strategies for greater output

Leave management: Administering leave management (like policies, overtime records, absence management, etc.) and maintaining leave reports

Wellness Initiatives: Organizing wellness programs, road shows/orientation programs, coordinating with the concerned departments for the smooth run of the programs

Partner with global and regional benefits team for co-creating and implementing employee wellbeing benefits for FactSet APAC employees & support initiatives to enhance wellness benefits scope in the region.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 5 years of experience.Excellent Verbal and written communication skillsHands on experience on Advance excel, MS-Office suiteBasic Knowledge of IRDA and its Operational guidelinesBasic Knowledge of IRDA and its Operational guidelines
